Called to check on an email that was sent over, the secretary answered the phone and seemed very distracted and annoyed that I even called. She didn't want to check and see what I had asked. She told me "Not at the moment!" I'll do it later. Like really? I understand a lot of lawyer offices are busy and have a lot going on. But I feel like it was straight rude and mean.
