Not the place to go unless you want to lose a case I was sold out on an eminent domain.

They took my money in December and told me it could be done in 90 days because I explained my loan options to them. It's now April and they haven't even started yet. They don't return calls or emails. They brought me in to apologize about it when I showed up and then charged me for the time they took to apologize to me. This place is a joke and I would not recommend anyone use them.

Very. Unprofessional. If you are looking for a dependable and professional law firm - keep looking. My brother and I made a good faith appointment with Richie Rock & Atwood. We hoped to to retain a knowledgeable attorney to help us navigate the complexities of Medicaid and estate planning for our elderly parents. We needed wise legal counsel to help us separate fact from fiction, good advice from bad, and Oklahoma law in regards to our parents' rights. We spoke with attorney Nick Atwood, who listened to our issues and told us that although he was not up-to date and knowledgeable enough on the subject of estate planning and medicaid to advice us at that time, he would do some research and give us a phone call back. He understood our issue was time sensitive. After a week with no return phone call, I called the firm for an update and was told by the receptionist that Nick Atwood was in court and a note of my phone call would be passed along. It has now been three weeks since our initial appointment, and I have as of yet, to receive a return phone call back from this law firm. Nick Atwood, and by extension the law firm of Richie Rock & Atwood in which Atwood is a partner, obviously does not want or need to take our case, but they should have shown common courtesy and professionalism with a simple phone call. Our case would not have made this firm significant sums of money. We are the proverbial "little guy". Maybe, if you have lots of money, the law firm of Richie Rock & Atwood will treat you differently. Professional? That was certainly not my experience. You might think twice before making an appointment with the disappointing law firm of Richie Rock and Atwood.

We use Atwood. He is very busy, but he does a good job.

Waste of time and money! Do not recommend.
