Miller Marianne

After having a bad experience with a different attorney, I talked my fiance into switching to Mrs. Miller. She told us everything that we needed to get done that the past attorney didn't do/didn't file. She is firm and to the point. I can't wait to see what she gets done for my family and I!

The first time I used this office I had Marianne. She is hardcore, gets the job done, and was straight forward about potential outcomes and not like a car salesman where you have an attorney that promises you everything, but then no communication and falls short of all the things they promise they can do. Well, unfortunately that was the case the second time. I didn't get Mariane, I had her associate Amanda Dockery. She is very knowledgeable, but basically disappeared after we paid for 2 court cases that the judge stated this should be one case. We spent months trying to call with ni answers or replies. Almost 7 months went by with no communication. Turns all she was charging us for any phone call she never answered or email. Also, we had to gather evidence from the state, DHS, and Dept of Corrections. This was a case where my wifes ex had molested his son, got out early because he got his GED, and now wants visitation with the kids he molested. I was hoping as much as we paid this would have been taken seriously. The only court date we had, Amanda suggested giving him phone visits because the evidence and info we gathered, she had not looked at them yet after having them for 2 months.

Last time called wants a exter $1000 just take case in Lincoln county. Word on street is she does job but slower than expected.
