I had a highly disappointing experience with this law office on my very first call. The person who answered the phone did not introduce herself or the office, leaving me unsure if I was speaking with the lawyer or an assistant. I repeatedly asked her to introduce herself, but she kept refusing and instead continued to ask what I was calling about. Despite my attempts to explain my situation respectfully, she was rude and dismissive, and even accused me of being rude -- which was completely uncalled for, especially since it was my first contact. In a professional setting, a simple introduction goes a long way in making a client feel at ease, but that was not the case here. I left the conversation feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope they take this feedback seriously.
