I am 77 years young. I fell a year ago and had been in constant left hip pain even with meds. Long story short, my doctor finally prescribed physical therapy. Between Athletico 's in-office sessions and the personalized on-line app sessions at home, I progressed from pain that would not let me sit, stand, walk, or lie down comfortably to absolutely no pain within eight weeks! Everyone in the office, from the front desk receptionists to the therapists and the assistants, was caring, professional and engaging!

This place is truly the best. From the minute you walk in Danielle and Amanda greet with a smile! Caitlin the PT is so fantastic! Then, I can't say enough about April. She has been so amazing to listen and to help me! All the techs, Bailey, Alicia, and Carson, are fantastic. I would highly recommend this office to anyone! You will not be disappointed!

I am doing physical therapy at Athletico. They have been wonderful. I have a knee injury and they went right to work. They are very good at explaining what to do and making sure I do it correctly. They are very good at encouraging me to keep at it sometimes a little pain is normal at the start. It is actually a fun hour for me because they are all so friendly. So, had first appointment, initial evaluation. Was post operation on tendon, and insured. They saw me, did evaluation. They declined to book follow up until approval from insurance co. Informed it could take 1 or 2 days. (Usual for previous surgery 2 months earlier). Said they would contact me for follow up scheduling. I am a senior physician, so know how it mostly works. Did my therapy daily and waited. A week and a half. Not a peep. I contacted my insurance company and no claim filed and no request for approval in their records. I felt like their only concern was money and texts, and emails wanting me to evaluate my progress. I went to another facility. Booked evaluation, seen, scheduled for a month of therapy and no problems and all in 2 days. My insurance paid for new evaluation no questions. Still getting emails about my progress from Athletico, despite not hearing a peep. So, in all fairness, therapists did a thorough evaluation, but practice management seemed to care only for money and good evaluations but showed NO concern for me getting the therapy required post surgery to get back to normal function. I found better concern and care elsewhere.
