On intake My legal assistant was wonderful empathetic reassuring told me that they'd walk me through it. I am I have a difficult brain. I have a TI with memory issues autism ADHD. Life isn't easy for me and I'm not easy to deal with, but I really try and I was very ill informed. I had to get my mother to call them cause they wouldn't call me back or reply at one point in time I just did my paperwork they want me money bless them. They had no idea what was going on. I have no idea what was going on. I just filled a whole bunch of paper out to get my money. I couldn't answer any of the questions cause nobody actually went over it with me so they got me my money and they know what they're doing if they knew what was going on and everything that I gone through And the bother to get the x-rays were done anything a little more I think they probably could've gotten me double the money, especially since they were found at fault with Osha but they didn't but I got a little bit and I really just wanted my medical bills paid. I love my job. Job wasn't even upset with the employer. It wasn't about money, but the whole experience is very very stressful and I'm sure they've got lots of different legal aids or Google assistance and many multiple lawyers and I'm hoping that I was just a rare occurrence but Yeah, a little bit more communication clear communication. A walk-through would be great cause they were kind of clueless and I felt kind of dismissed and I felt like it was kind of a half ass done job to be honest, but they did give me some money. They will get my medical bills covered. They're supposed to have the medical bills covered. I haven't had the brain power to deal with that. I have to get them all and send them in. I can't even open my own mail so yeah they did. They did their job but it was terrifying. I didn't know what I was doing and I know I've never had Workmen's Comp. before. I learned a lot through this experience that I don't know anything and then I missed it all up and hopefully I just never have to go through this again but like I do not recommend them on my experience I know they've got a lot of great reviews and I don't know if Cassie just didn't like me but if you don't get her as your legal person then I'm sure you'll be fine or if she likes you I'm sure it'll be fine cause everybody else has great reviews, but mine is not Like the total amount of money I lost between reduced hours at work. They didn't even come close to touching what I lost in this incident with the money that they got me. I would've been nice to break even would be nice to know what's going on. it would be nice to be able to walk through the paperwork I had to do to get the money that will not cover my expenses for it And it really doesn't cover the time that they spent on it either so I feel bad I feel like they've given a little bit more attention and energy. It could've probably gone better but they did get money and supposedly the medical bills will be covered and I can always update this of things changed, but it was a very stressful experience and communication was horrible And I'm still clueless about half of it and I am not unfamiliar with civil court or business law a major business law Workmen's Comp. just a whole different ball game so even though I have issues, Law is something that comes easy to me, but this whole thing is just been really confusing maybe because it's overwhelming maybe because of the lack of communication
