Tbh, I didn't use him for my car accident injury claim but I did go in and had an initial meeting with him. He was super respectful, nice, and didn't try to intimidate us to use him at all. He even gave me some pointers and suggestion on how to go about an accident claim bc it was my first time being in a bad accident and i had no idea what to do or go about it.
