Very disappointing experience. I hired a lawyer through OffTheRecord and paid the quoted fee of $260. The lawyer called me, briefly explained the possible outcome, and when I mentioned I'd like to fight the ticket, he told me that doing so would cost "much more" than what I paid--which felt misleading, since that price was clearly advertised on the platform. When I asked him to repeat something because of audio issues, he abruptly said, "You know what, this sounds like a headache. I'm just going to decline this and refund your money," and ended the call. No professionalism, no courtesy, and no follow-up confirmation or refund so far. It's frustrating to trust a platform like this, pay upfront, and then be left with no legal support and unclear next steps. I expected better vetting of attorneys and clearer expectations

Being a lawyer isn't about taking fancy, posed photos for Google and looking impressive, it's about genuinely caring for people's problems and upholding ethical values. Unfortunately, this firm gave me the impression that they care far more about money than their clients. The attitude I experienced was unprofessional, dismissive, and purely profit-driven. It didn't feel like dealing with a law firm that defends clients' rights, it felt like dealing with a commercial business focused on maximizing revenue. If you value integrity, professionalism, and client care, I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Mr whiting did exactly what he said he could do. I called a few attorneys to check around, Mr whiting and his assistant were there when I called, he ran me through the process over the phone and he was alot more fair in price than what I was quoted from other attorneys. Highly recommend Mr whiting and his office if anyone is looking for an attorney who knows what hes doing and does what he says. Thank you guys!

Whiting & Bruner, are exceptional!They handled me with concern. Every question was answered. I called many other firms but they were the ONLY ones that responded immediately. Every other firm charged more. Every other firm advised it would take 6 months to a year to get my cases handled. My case was finalized within a month with Whiting & Bruner!!!
