Client
They run this law firm like a McDonald's where they connect you to random people who don't have any idea how to correctly input your information or case so that it gets the proper care it deserves. I have a very clear medical malpractice case with plenty of information, timelines, and witnesses, and the person handling the file probably inputted "person died! sad!" into whatever AI is handling the acceptance process and went "sorry! cant take this!" despite never giving me a chance to explain the finer details. This is an incredibly ridiculous way to handle potential clients and there is no guarantee the person on the phone is inputting the proper information for you to get served CORRECTLY. I even challenged the decline and explained how it was confusing to me and the operator said "sorry, nothing we can do!". You're losing clients by letting these air-heads handle potential cases and throw them out the door before you can even review anything.
