Called and set up a time to come in and talk. Kelly said that we needed to wait for the police report before we moved any further. We completely understood that, so we waited for the report and let Kelly know and she said she would get back with us. We called several times and would never answer us back. It's been over a year and we finally got a call asking if we still needed their services. We have already have went through another lawyer that was amazing and have already settled the case. Don't waste your time with this group.

I had an appointment today with Kenyetta & called needing to reschedule. I spoke with Kelly who was incredibly sweet and understanding. I called back within 10 minutes to reschedule and whoever the other lady is that helps answer, was incredibly rude. cut me off, and just has a tone with every question and statement that comes out of her mouth. She was also rude the first time i called, which was maybe a week ago? He was unavailable and she asked to take my info and was so rude, i declined giving her info & called back and scheduled another day. Today, i did ask to speak to the other lady and did say "its because she is nicer than you." For someone who answers phone calls for potential clients, she needs an attitude adjustment, pronto. She needs to practice empathy instead of sounding like she's irritated. To Kelly, thanks for your kindness. Not sure if i will call back to reschedule, but i appreciate you.

I used HBO Law Firm in 2006 thru 2010. They were Awesome! Very supportive. I recently inquired about using their services again and Mrs. Osenbaugh was so great. Both Kenyatta and Mrs. Osenbaugh are great attorneys! I would recommend them to anyone!

Don't use this law firm. They have been working on my car wreck case for a year & half. I've done most of The work getting records. We have had 2 different Attorneys & 2 different Legal Asst. The new Attorney acts like he don't want to fight for anything.
