After a recent automobile accident I was referred to Jake Aldridge from a work colleague. During the initial consultation I informed Jake of the details and that the policeman who responded to the accident had filed an incorrect accident report listing me at fault. After recently being injured in an automobile accident, I was referred to Jake Aldridge from a highly respected colleague After our initial consultation, I was comfortable and confident in hiring him to represent me. I was initially concerned about my case because the policeman assigned to the accident made numerous mistakes on the accident report that put the fault on me, and plus the fact I was in a rental vehicle. Once Jake saw the accident scene, he assured me that would handle everything related to my case , and fight for the best settlement possible. Regarding my back and hip injury, Jake handled setting me up for my treatment and care with a great team of doctors and specialists with no money out of pocket. He was also very thorough and transparent explaining the entire treatment process that insurance companies demand for treatment. From going through weeks of useless therapy, x-rays, and other treatments until finally approved an MRI. Any time I requested an update on my case, Jake's team was prompt in responding and always giving the option of meeting with Jake in the office which I did on a few occasions. Jake was always punctual, informative, and gracious with his time even though my case had a modest settlement value based on the policies involved. In the end, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount I received, and Jake was true to his word about never taking more than his client regardless of expenses beyond his control.
