DO NOT HIRE-WORST ATTORNEY IN OKLAHOMA. I am so surprised he has any good reviews! He by far was the worst attorney I have ever worked with. He wrote up motions that he never filed, he filed motions he never showed up for, he promised things he could NEVER deliver on. All he did was take money and make empty promises. If you want an attorney that will cower down to whatever opposing counsel wants, Chris is your guy. If you however are wanting a competant attorney you better steer clear of this maniac unless you want to pay a large amount of money for him to tell you not to fight for your kid and to just go ahead and do what your x-spouse wants, just to make things easier! No Chris...you were the worst lawyer I have had and I am so glad I fired you!! Also, he never actually made it into court during the whole year he represented me! YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU HIRE THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A LAWYER.

Hired Mr Arledge who kept putting off my court date without me asking him too. Then the 1 time I couldn't make it I could not reach his office not would help me so I was issued a warrant and I went to jail in Louisiana where I live and was thrown in jail for 28 days waiting for Canadian county to come transfer me to Oklahoma. There I spent another 30 days in jail . I live in Louisiana and it was difficult for me to get there. 1 court date there was a bomb threat so I wasted a trip that day. But Mr Arledge would not do anything for me he stated he had done all he could . And that was nothing. This was a misdemeanor offense . Then court held me another 12 days over a civil matter.

Had a very similar situation as the review below, paid a 2500 retainer back in March and absolutely nothing to show for it, we had to hire another attorney yesterday as we had a hearing on Friday that we only knew about because WE found it on OSCN and Chris has not stayed in contact or done ANYTHING as promised. Coward to whatever the opposing side wanted, put a huge strain on our family with ill advice. After a major event he thought we were getting custody that we were repeatedly asking him to fight for. Never followed through with any plans/promises/motions, didn't return calls or texts, said he never received emails that were sent. He only contacted us AFTER OUR NEW ATTORNEY CONTACTED HIM TO FIRE. Please do not end up in a situation like we are having to put down another large retainer months later. Not sure if he just doesn't care about clients or is overwhelmed with cases but at any rate we had an appalling experience.

He has helped me win several cases in which other reputable lawyers have not been able to handle accordingly. Ive used him since 2012 and he has always had communicated with me in a timely manner, and saved me the hassle from showing up in court and him just go to represent me, otherwise him letting me know I had to show up. I will keep using him despite these reviews. As a business owner I understand not every customer is my customer. You been doing great Chris.
