Most unprofessional law firm in the tulsa area in my opinion, after signing a contract you'd think your attorney would be present on the designated meeting date right? no, she was a no call no show on our designated date and time, whilst I unknowingly show up to the firm on such said date and time I sit in the office for 15 minutes while three employees of the firm pass me without acknowledging until finally I make a phone call to someone complaining about the firm it is then when someone says how may I help you so I tell themI am here for my meeting and she tells me my attorney didn't come in today..ok so she tells me to go in the office there and talk to Mr.Allen and as I walk in he introduces himself as such and we get to talking first about why I am there and am wondering who this random lady is sitting next to me that failed to introduce herself in which she had no problem putting her two cents in regarding my case, besides i never acknowledged her presence, well me and the gentleman proceed talking about my case again and when i rarely opened my mouth to ask a question he would just look at me as if I were stupid for asking and then he would glance over at Ms.Wisner sitting next to me as if he is seeking approval in his choice of words so, this make shift ''meeting'' was obviously going no where so he ''doesn't know what to tell me'' then we look at each other for a minute in complete silence and I stand up and say thank you then leave. finally i get ahold of Ms.Mcmillen after numerous phone calls to the firm requesting to talk with her, so I call the firm today and ask for Ms.Mcmillen once more and to my surprise she answers and we get to talking shortly about my case and ''what i want to do regarding this case'' so I say well, ''stay out of jail and get a breathalyzer'' let it be known she acts as if she has no idea on how to go about my case and why i say that is because she tells me to go to dps and print off some forms and I ask ''what would she need for my case ex; military background, employment, schooling exc. so i begin to tell her well ill get my blood work and other forms ready and Mary says ''ok we normally do that but if you want to go ahead..after moments of silence I find it relavent to tell her how my last experience was with Mr.Allen as described above and I can hear her demeanor change in her response im which she said ok well im hanging up now. end of story so anyone thinking about Allen and Wisner in the Tulsa downtown location think again please, thank you for your time.
