We do not recommend this office due to lack of communication in a timely manner. Often my husband went without a call back or it took days to get a response when asking questions about his case. His divorce was finalized in 2018 and the final paperwork still has not been filed almost 2 years later. We are needing to hire a new attorney for a child support hearing in July so we called the office to request to terminate our relationship, over a week later and this still has not been done. Also, Marci has been less than helpful when we have requested records, payment history and a copy of the signed contract.

My wife and I hired Ben Baker to help us obtain payment on a contract. The firm was knowledgeable, answered all our questions in a timely manner, arranged for frequent updates, and was always very patient with us. Either Mr. Baker or his paralegal were always available to talk to us, give us updates when we called, were willing to listen to our concerns, and give us guidance when needed. Appeared in court with this lawyer today on a Hearing of Assets for a judgement that was paid three weeks before he sent a process server to my door, odd that he is inquiring about my assets after the judgement was paid in full. He then proceeded to ask the judge to reset the Hearing of Assets. Keep in mind a Hearing of Assets is to determine your eligibility to pay., outside the courtroom he says, IF YOU WILL JUST PAY ME $ 2,000.00 in Attorney fees I will file a motion to withdraw the hearing of Assets, this is unethical, harassment and extortion. Yes, a complaint had been filed with the bar association because he intentionally did not cancel the hearing today knowing the Judgement was paid AND extended the hearing until December knowing it has been paid! Blatant intentional Abuse of the Justice System.
