Top notch firm! Mr. Wager and his team represented my trucking company concerning an Oklahoma DOT violation. Mr. Wager took my case on extremely short notice and got all fines against my company dismissed, an accomplishment not easily achieved considering it was a DUI related offense. I've heard it said, "sometimes you have to be your own attorney." While that statement may be true for some, that was not my experience with Wagner and Lynch. I hired this firm & Mr. L for legal representation in a guardianship case. I paid the the full retainer amount requested. This firm called me two years later demanding more money saying if I dont produce the other half of the retainer they will withdraw. I informed them I paid in full it was over 2 years ago, they claimed spotless record-keeping. Mr. L withdrew in the middle of my case abandoning me at Christmas time, claiming I never paid him. My claim and everything I had a stake in the guardianship case was now gone I was out, I lost what little time I had left with my children . To make matters worse, when Mr. L found my so called retainer money his firm mismanaged, Mr. L personally took my Money, Personal Sensitive Information to the Pittsburgh County Jail and GAVE MY SENSITIVE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION & RETAINER MONEY to a INMATE being held on FELONY GRAND LARCENY! And had this inmate sign a disclosure document and gave this inmate my retainer funds! I had to take out a personal loan for this money just to have my retainer funds misappropriated or lost, quit me in the middle of very important case, and then took my money and sensitive information and gave it to an inmate being held on felony charges of grand larceny and was a convicted felon. Now this inmate has my information, my money & worse I lost my girls for good. Why? Why? Why did you do this to me? Im so emotionally falling apart i dont know what to do, you have destroyed so much, why?!
