I will say that Josh was kind and helpful, he took the time to meet us when we flew in from out of state and our main attorney Todd was too busy. Todd himself is a nasty person - crass and unprofessional, and I would never recommend anyone trying to work with him. Why do I say trying? Because actually getting any sort of communication from his office is impossible - this last time it literally took 17 months of emailing/phone calls and finally demanding our retainer back before finally getting a response - in which Todd with his many misspellings berated and belittled us with absolutely no apology or reasoning behind the 17 month of being ignored. A nightmare. Avoid at all costs

Disrespectful on phone. Overpriced !!! Twice the rate than rest of McAlester attys rates. Won't use for anything ever, advise others think twice. If can't be friendly on phone, how do you think he's going to treat you and your case. Others warned me against, and they were correct. 30 seconds phone call verified for me personally, thank you Mr Konsure. My money will be spent elsewhere.

I highly recommend this lawyer's office. The support staff, particularly the secretary, were exceptionally helpful and attentive. This, combined with my interactions with the lawyer, gave me confidence in his judgment and decision-making. It was clear that their priority was to assist me with my legal needs, not just to collect a fee.
