My son hired Warren Gotcher and it turned out to be the biggest mistake ever. This man didn't work for my son, he was in cahoots with the DA. So much happened. DA Green kept profiling my son, talking about his size, kept saying the victim's jaw and shoulder were dislocated (when there was hospital records stating nothing was wrong) and allowed a slide show that the jurors seen saying He is not from here, Don't let this happen in our town, Convict this man. My son had to point it out to him (Warren) that the DA had the screen up after the judge told him it was illegal. Two days before trial a blue light photo was introduced by DA and Warren told my son he didn't know what it was. Don't worry. He also told my son to not tell the whole story of what happened the night in question. He told my son to say things about his sexual preference, which should have never been considered. He was informed after they found him guilty that the lead juror new the victim and victim's family. Proof was sent to him. As well as 4 other jurors being friends with lead juror and victim's family. He knew it was not a fair trial, but that didn't stop him from taking $20k from my son. He is a shifty lawyer. Don't make the same mistake. Go with someone from out of town.

If I could leave no stars I would. Have made 3 different appointments with Ellen and she rescheduled twice. I drove over an hour and a half for a consultation and waited over an hour and a half and still didn't get seen. Pathetic excuse of an attorney.

Representing my son. I'll keep updated how the case turns out. He got probation on a very serious charge. He isn't cheap, but his record speaks to his price

Hired Warren Gotcher once was over charged didn't return calls or advise Of court dates changed, Family spent a lot of money Driving to be there and lost Four days of work pay.

5 stars for the name alone. Never used them but Gotcher Beaver is an all time name for a law office.
