Not recommended. I had her doing work for over a year and she missed some vital information she should have dealt with and included. Her missing the information cost me an additional $2000 to fix. Also, her invoicing seems padded for hours and time spent - for example I know of one phone call she billed me for 1/2 hour when the other person told me their conversation wasn't more than 5 minutes. While everything worked out eventually, I feel the overall price I paid for everything was 2x higher than it should have been.

We initially found Mrs Kephart by searching for attorney's within the Lawton OK area as we had the need for someone local to Fort Sill that could assist us with reviewing legal documentation. When we called Mrs Kephart it happened to be on Memorial Day, so most other law offices that we tried calling were closed, as expected for a national holiday. Thankfully we were able to reach her regarding our question, and she was kind enough to take some time out of her schedule, despite technically having given her firm the day off, and scheduled a follow up appointment for us for the following day. When we met with her regarding our situation, she was very professional and thorough in her analysis of our documents, and was able to clear the air regarding our situation, and provided us with advice on what steps we should take moving forward. For what we requested, and the service that was provided, i would most definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a competent and professional attorney.
