The lady at the desk.was rude and would not let me tell her why I needed to ask questions. I needed someone who knew about my ADA rights. She hung up my face and then would not answer and allow me.to.speak with a lawyer that wend to school for disability. She needs to be talked to. I have PTSD with Anxiety and Sever panic disorder. She would not even let me speak. I hope the calls are recorded. I have had the worst luck with my employer and have turn in two FMLA paperwork and 1 STD paperwork because of their findings and had fluid pressure build up in my head. She had no right to dismiss me like I have been for the past almost year by my doctors and employer now her. I am over this all. She needs to be taught how to treat others. God and Jesus see your heart ma'am. And you will have to answer for how you treat others period.

Don't use this one.He does not have your best interest at heart.He took my case and in 2 years he would let the guys insurance lapse.I would show up for my pain management and the would refuse me randomly mind you I was with Vaughn for 2 years and because of on going 3 back surgeries i have had to have because of this case they guy hit and ran me in a cab the guy was drunk and took off into Valley Brook and was caught.He paid nothing and didn't even get a slap on the wrist.2 years was going by and "My lawyer " wouldn't call back.So on the second year I called again and finally got him and he told me he was deciding to drop my case and oh by the way you have 3 months before the statue of limitations hits and to find a better suit lawyer..no lawyer would take th case because I was 2 years in already and so I lost everything and got nothing.He is the worst do not go to him.
