Currently in Tulsa Oklahoma and involved in a case with a lawyer but was requesting additional information and guidance in our family legal issues. Lawyers make their money through their knowledge and time, and we are very exhausted financially and mentally from our case, but Mr. Urbach reached out and assisted me in reassurance of my husbands case. Were he closer and we not already had an exquisite attorney I would request his service. Family law is a very exhausting and hard situation to deal with especially if you are a father on the non-custodial. It is important to have an attorney who is familiar with the material as well as good with communication and understanding. Mr. Urbach would appear to be such.

This so-called attorney of the law represented my daughter in a divorce case of which he had a full year to prepare and garner information and documentation of which a very poor settlement was given because of his poor planning and weak representation. The final settlement only allowed my daughter who is trying to support herself and her child who makes close to a poverty level wages spousal support of $800 for one year and only $241 a month for child support, while the father makes $6000 a month at his job. During the deliberation of the case this baffoon of lawyer only asked immaterial and irrelavent questions and presented nothing to help my daughter in this divorce. The decision was not only ridiculous but insulting because in most divorce courts a spouse is allowed to receive support until they marry or pass away, and he never argued that matter. The real insult is a settlement of only $241 for child support which wouldn't pay for the damn groceries and necessities this child deserves. If your a woman and your in need of a qualified divorce attorney this individual is not the person for you.
