Ramona Hanson and her staff are the most professional, organizated, friendly, hard working group of people I've ever seen. I had to fire my legal representation a week before my Social Security Hearing because of lack of records and just terrible service and no attorney contact. I went in with my records and all the information I had. They not only help me through the steps of a withdrawal letter that was needed from previous legal representation but they got all files needed for my case. Again, within a week of my hearing the pulled everything together needed. Ramona called me and spent over 3 hours on the phone with me to review my case. I felt relieved and was relaxed and trusted in their work ethics and professionalism to walk into my hearing confident. Once the hearing started Mrs. Hanson had an outline that was so detailed and organized with all my information that she didn't even go over half of it with the judge until he stopped her and said he had enough information. He complimented her on the way she handles her cases and her professionalism and superb outline. He even stated he wished other attorneys would be like her. My hearing didn't even last 20 minutes. I won my case. I highly recommend her and her staff for any disability needs that an individual might have in filing with Social Security! I had many years in the corporate world and had previous Legal experience in the past and again have never experienced such great service, friendliness, detail oriented professionalism and humble compassion to my needs.
