Matt did not prepare for court and showed up late. He then told me that I didn't have a case and needed to drop it. I asked him why he did not tell me before we went to court. He said he had not read what I wrote until the morning of court. Another person at the courthouse asked me if Mr. Tarvin was my attorney. He said bad things about Mr. Tarvin as an attorney, as well.
