Gene Haynes is truthfully the BEST defense attorney in Rogers County, and better than any in Wagoner County as well. Hands down. NOT EVEN CLOSE. As for other counties in the area, I (thankfully) don't have enough experience to make such a definitive statement. He works extremely hard and diligently for his clients, and does not resort to the "good ol' boy" system that is all too common in rural counties. He's one of the most intelligent people I've ever met, but he will NEVER speak to you in a condescending manner or act like he is any better than the next guy, and he takes genuine interest in you and your situation. Prices are very reasonable and basically are the minimum "rate" that most attorneys charge, but I would've gladly paid him 3 times that amount if I had known how favorable the result would become. If you, a loved one, or friend has been arrested in Rogers Co. or Wagoner Co. and needs an attorney, CALL GENE HAYNES! Thank me later, or don't thank me. I don't care. But you will be SO GRATEFUL you did.
