The most substandard attorney I have ever experienced. Lazy, incompetent, and does not care about your case. Terrible at communication and forgets who you are. Did not fight for me and even lied to the other attorney that I didn't turn in my pay stubs for child support. All he did was take my money and did absolutely nothing. Do not recommend him for a family attorney

Chase charged me 2500 for a divorce case with no children. Gave me some sad story about his best friend screwing him over and how he helped him when I came in for my "free" consultation. Hired him and paid him, only to find out not only was my consultation not free he charged me 300. I just received an itemized list of everything he charged me for, I sent so many emails only to receive 2 back. I made numerous attempts to get ahold of him, and only spoke to his front desk lady, who was rude everytime I was there or called. I was told I would be divorced in 30-60 days. The 14th will be 60 days from me hiring him, and I'm still not anywhere closer than I was when he was hired. I have not received any paperwork or any work that he has supposedly earned and worked for like he told me. The only time I could get him to respond was when some girl on Facebook was looking for a divorce attorney and I told her to steer clear and not hire Chase O'Brien from Buzin LAW Firm as he has done nothing for me. Amazing how fast he commented on that asking for me to "make an appointment" with him to discuss it. I told him I live 30 mins away, hence the reason I email. What did I get that same night? An email finally, but asking for my mailing address. I sent it of course and thought to myself, surely he isn't going to remove himself from my case he has done nothing about. If so, what a child... boy oh boy was I right. The next day I finally received some of this work, but it was him removing himself from my case and he was returning 1570 of my 2500 as he felt he actually did something. What a baby, if I didn't have teenagers to attend to and spoil, I would send him a lifetime supply of tissues and feminine products as he clearly needs them more than I would. If I could actually rate them how I'd like, they don't even deserve one star. Don't get played like I was. Hire someone else.

So Mr. Chase was my husband's attorney charged us $7500. Told my husband that he wouldn't be in the county that long he was there for nine months. It was his job to get our property back which holds the deed to both of our properties. And a whole bunch of other items at the time of the service the day of court he told us to call him me pacifically to contact him and I would be able to get my husband's property which is actually important to us because we actually have businesses. He refuses to answer my calls. He refuses to reply to any of my messages or calls, and here I stand, trying to open my business to make a better life for ourselves, and he just refuses to but was not refusing to $7500 for my husband's court cost. So no he don't get a good review. I wish I would've never hired him. He made things seem very nice while my husband was out but then the day that my husband got incarcerated, he immediately just blew everybody off, not nice how do you expect people especially people you're fighting in court for to do better in their lives when the attorney that you hire don't even try to help you get certain things that they took when they searched your home. Just a small piece of advice. He's not a good attorney and he will not fight for you whatsoever.

Received quality service with a better than expected outcome on Grandparent Rights. If you like sugar coated fairy tales this probably isn't your place. Buzin is outspoken and a straight shooter. He was honest and fair and we always left feeling well informed with our chances. Would definitely use again.

If I could do negative stars I would! Chase was absolutely terrible. I used him for my child custody case. Definitely overpriced for the "work" that's put out. He was not prepared the day of trial and was still printing stuff off the morning of when I walked in his office. I talked too much trying to defend my case in the courtroom which was obviously something I shouldn't have done, but he didn't even try to help defend me or help me out of my rut. I found out from him that he was friends with the plaintiffs best friend and that they had communications regarding the case. Bottom line, my exes attorney came with guns loaded ready to go and Chase was not prepared what so ever. Issues that were supposed to be brought to attention in the court room were never brought up, and I wish I'd have done better research on him before jumping in full fledge. He said email was the best way to get ahold of him. It would take weeks to ever hear back from him and I have tried getting ahold of him since October of 2018 and it's now April 2019. I continue to pay him monthly for work he obviously did not do. I'd recommend anyone but him.
