About four months ago my knee was having a lot of problems. I would have to reposition myself during sleep. I couldn't do basic tasks in the yard, even, without feeling like my knee was going to give way. Exercising became impossible, though I just grit my teeth and pushed through it. Eventually I knew I had to do something about it. My concern was...MRI that revealed a partially torn ligament, etc. But a friend recommended Terry's practice. No surgery. Just a simple treatment that works out the adhesions in the connective tissue to free up everything in the area to work like it's supposed to. So, I reached out to Terry and met with him. He recommended I commit to the process of myofascial release. Over the span of 8 sessions, Terry's careful and skillful use of his massage tools, plus his recommended simple home takeaway action steps, have got me back up to normal. My knee feels as good as ever! I'm very thankful for Terry and heartily recommend his practice.

My son has had severe heel pain for a few years. We did one session and it's a night and day difference! I would highly recommend Thompson Myofascial Release if you have any pain at all.

Terry is incredible at helping people release pain and tension. He takes the time to understand your issues and explains his process to resolve it. After my first session I had improved range of motion in both shoulders, without the tension and my back now feels more relaxed than it has in years. I highly recommend Thompson Myofascial Release!!

I'm so glad to have met Terry through my business networking group, GOLDSTAR.
In my late 40s I started developing water retention in my legs and when I would massage my legs or have a massage my muscles were so sore It felt like they were being split open with a knife. I went to my PCP and asked about it and they wanted to give me a water pill but I'm not big on medication so I started to do intentional grounding and walking consistently 30 minutes a day to keep my lymphatic system moving. When you sit all day long day after day month after month your body gets angry
While that helped with the water retention I still had the tight muscles that felt like bruises when touched. My chiropractor didn't know what to make of it and my massage therapist said I probably need to come in daily, lol
I also requested an ultrasound on my vascular system to ensure I didn't have any blood clots. Everything looked great after the test. 3 1/2 years into this and I met Terry who uses scraping now don't get freaked out. It doesn't hurt to break up adhesions that I've developed on the muscle tissues overtime. It's very common in injuries but of course when we have repetitive tasks and we don't stretch and exercise as much as we should, those adhesions build up which end up restricting nerves and can eventually develop into bigger problems or muscle tears.
I highly recommend seeing Terry. Unfortunately, this type of treatment is not very well know yet.
