Stay away from Rauser & Associates! Waste of your time and definitely your money. Took my money then asked about my income. After all this the kept my return for almost a month. After keeping 25% of it for doing nothing. The only reason I am leaving a bad review is because I called another law firm, and the first thing they asked about was my income and told me I made too much. That they couldn't help me and wouldn't waste my time. So if you have any other options I would not use this company. I wouldn't have given them a star but I couldn't leave the review unless I gave them one.

They called me 45min before my scheduled call, when I was not available. I called the number they had left for my on my voicemail and the woman that answered the phone sounded to be the same woman who had left me a voicemail. I stated I had missed and call and was instructed to call back this number, which she replied "I didn't call you!" Very rudely. I told her my appointment time and said they had called early when I was unavailable, she told me they'd have to call me back. I never got a return phone call. Unprofessional. They obviously have enough business they don't need any more, if they can't even answer a phone with respect. I received a call a few weeks later asking if I'd still like to schedule an appointment, I kindly said "Not at this time, thank you." And they hung up on me. Classy.
