Contrary to other reviews with a great deal of understanding that this is a top rated attorney so you need to be persistent in communication attempts as caseload is substantial. Calling a couple of times may be necessary in order to get a response. If you want a no bs custody attorney who is strategic in approach Lanzo is the attorney for you. He is well composed and knowledgeable.

Attorney Lanzo is the best around. He is very professional, honest and very easy to talk to. What stood out most was his compassion and dedication. I highly recommend Attorney Lanzo to anyone needing a skilled and trustworthy attorney.

Updated: I left one star after a stressful, exhausting weekend of being unable to contact him. However, Atty. Lanzo did call me back and we've hired him to represent our daughter (for a second time). We've been happy with the communication since being able to retain him. He has a really good reputation as an attorney and he did a great job for my daughter in 2018/2019. So far we are happy with his service. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Original Post: After reading the reviews I should have skipped recommending my daughter to call Mr. Lanzo again to represent her. My daughter Ashley called and left a message on 4/11/2025. Being that it was the weekend we knew there was a possibility that we might not hear back until Monday. It's now 4/15/25 and I had left a message about our call not being returned (on some secretary's voicemail) and we still have not heard back from the office. I do not recommend this lawfirm. He represented my daughter in a divorce and custody case back in 2018 and did a very good job but in 2025 something has apparently changed.
