Incredibly rude guy answered the phone. I told him that my daughter's mom moved out to South Carolina and filed for Custody. He said we don't work in South Carolina in an incredibly condescending tone and straight hung up on me lol. Way to be of service bud!

Don't bother with them. They just give referrals. Feferrals you can find online yourself.

When I contacted them, they automatically went above and beyond explanation. Low and behold, I can use them yet again. Probono, they represented me. I can't speak for everyone else, but they were there when I needed them.

I was given misinformation prior to a court hearing and their return call back time is 24 to 48 hours making actual communication difficult. We played phone tag for a few weeks and the information I was advised to request was inaccurate causing me to lose with no legal representation. I do hope this was a singular case.

Phenomenal community based service agency. The quality, careful listening and follow thru is extraordinary. I am always impressed with everyone i have had the pleasure of working with in their offices!!!! A must for anyone who cant afford legal services, even if on a sliding scale. Thank you to all their empkoyees who strive for helping and routing you to the appropriate attorney or person. Very efficient, organized and honest.
