Let me start by saying Attorney Wexler was nothing short of amazing. We reached out to several other attorneys in our area with the same unfortunate letdown. In reaching out to this firm, we were able to set appointment to discuss our case. Our little dog, Bella was attacked and killed by a pitbull that entered into our yard. Bella was only eight years old. It goes without saying how much joy this little girl brought us. Attorney Wexler's team went into immediate action the same day. We knew there were no guarantees given this type of case, but had nowhere else to turn and put all of our faith in this man and his team of experts. All of the others that we had been told, they would stand by us and help the city, the police, and the dog warden all faded the black with promises to take action. We are dealing with extraordinarily high vet bills, as well as personal injury to myself when attempting to rescue my dog from this beasts mouth. The case took approximately 10 months prior to settling, due to many moving parts. Still unsure of what the outcome would be, and if we'd even receive a settlement we finally received a call from Attorney Wexler advising us a settlement offer he received. The offer was a good one; however, Attorney Wexler felt that they could do better given this unfortunate death. Upon calling once more, we agreed to the final settlement. It was more much more than we anticipated. It's still hard to deal with all the mental anguish and the loss of our sweet girl. I can at least say that attorney Waxer help us to avenge our little girls death I would never think of using another attorney to represent me on any case that I may have in the future.
