Dyer, Garofalo, Mann & Schultz: Xenia Personal Injury Lawyer

I wish I would have went else where. They tell you alot but when it comes to execution they take more than what they tell you they will. The actually took back fees that I was told they cut out because he didn't want to get more than I did. For 5 months I've waited for the last of the money i was told id get included with the payment the fees were taken out. They took more than half of what I was told I'd get back. I've worked with lawyers before that drag their feet for more $ as they charged daily. If something happens please go elsewhere. They words don't match the actions.

My experience Here has been fantastic they have help me every step of the way and made sure I understood everything that they were doing before they did it. Definitely did not make a mistake coming to them. Thank you Robin and David for taking your time and helping me with my case !

I will not ever choose this law firm again not would I recommend these lawyers to anyone. They will not fight for you like other attorneys will. They will not return your calls you will just have to keep calling over and over.. You will receive different answers from different people in the law group... They stretched my case out as long as they could. I asked for 9 months for them to file the lawsuit they did file after 15 months. Charged me 600.00+ to get medical records also charge me 450+ for them having my case for 15 months. Then also charged 33% on top of all there hidden fees and costs.. I had Seth Schanher as my first lawyer he said he was tired of me and was withdrawaling his self and law firm from my case then David marquis ended up with my case. Obviously he was irritated with me and gave my case to Ben Felton.. this law group has taking advantage of me and my family. Filed a lawsuit then advised me to settle out of court because it was quick money for them. They had no ambition to fight for me and over charged me. I wish I would've read reviews on these guys before I signed my paperwork. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. FIND A DIFFERENT LAW FIRM THAT WILL BE HAPPY TO REPRESENT YOU!!!!!
