Hired Littlejohn Law well into 2024 based on their services & other reviews, to advocate for 3 of us heirs (all out of state) of 4 total heirs (1 party, as well as the original estate attorney, being in state) on behalf of a very modest Ohio estate from 2020. We needed adequate representation to correct inappropriate conduct that had occurred. What an excellent choice! Although, for the sake of *expediency* (using that term loosely as the estate had been open for over 4 years), we had to make some concessions in order to get most financials corrected appropriately plus any agreement from the 4th party to see closure, which occurred just before the 5th anniversary of DOD. Littlejohn Law acted both courteous and professional throughout the process, and was a great advocate for us & the estate. Although our distributed share(s) weren't much more than the fees we paid, we were aware of the potential costs and felt the ethics principle of seeing our loved one's estate put back on track was most important, before taking it to litigation on appeal, as the estate attorney had recommended we wait to do. Since I'm not local, the best I can do is leave a review to help others make an informed decision.
