I cannot heap enough praise on this Firm. One big firm after another turned my case down because it would be too hard or too complicated. Sad, lazy folks who did not want to help. I was at my wits end when I was led to Tom Robenalt and his Team because someone heard my story and said "I got a guy." By Devine intervention I found him and his team worked really hard and I was treated well at every turn. He listens, he explains, and his team was always extremely responsive and supportive. If I ever hear someone who can't find the legal help they need, I will be the one to say "I got a guy!" Thanks Tom, Tiffanie and John!!!

It was important for me to write this review so that potential clients of the Robenalt law firm can make an educated decision before moving forward with their services. My family and I had an extremely unfortunate and extremely scarring event happen and we sought legal counsel. We found John, an attorney who is no longer with the firm and we trusted him and were confident in our decision. John was empathetic and communicative. Unfortunately, a few months into our case, John left the firm and Tom Robenalt called us to let us know he would be now handling our case. We signed our paperwork with the firm, not with John directly so we began working with Tom. We should have known how we would be treated when he called us twice in the first day to let us know he would be working with us now, as if he forgot or he had so many clients that he didn't know who he had contacted. Throughout our time working with Tom, we felt berated, belittled, and forgotten. Tom never bothered to learn about our situation, our family, or offered empathy. He treated us like a number and it showed. Our case involved our minor child and he wouldn't ask how he was doing unless prompted. Tom OFTEN missed our meetings or calls altogether or he was late if he did attend. He once asked me a very inappropriate personal question during a call when the case actually had to do with my minor child, not me. He placed blame for his mistakes on other people in his firm or his support staff. When it came time to negotiate, we STRONGLY feel that Tom was not negotiating in good faith and that he just wanted to get it over with. WE had to advocate for more money and Tom often scoffed at our requests. When we finally settled, three years after the incident, we felt that Tom did not perform his fiduciary duty in representing our family. The final straw- When referring us to another firm to write up a necessary contract, Tom referred us only to one firm. We did not know, and it was NOT disclosed until we asked after receiving the firms billing paperwork, that his immediate family member worked for that firm and would be working on our case in some capacity. We personally addressed all of these things with Tom and feel he added insult to injury during the discussion. Tom offered no concessions or apologies. Instead, he continued to blame other attorneys who had come and went within this firm. When we praised how three other attorneys that he hired dealt with us, he said, "That attorney (name) wasn't going to bring my firm to the next level." As if we care about that. We cared about our tragic incident and getting closure. The one thing I can say positive about Tom is that he is great at hiring. His support staff and three different attorneys we worked with were all fantastic- I wish we could say the same about Tom himself. I had SUCH an awful experience with Tom that I almost didn't write this review- for fear of retaliation. I hope this helps anyone going through a tragedy in making their decision.

I wish I would have read the negative reviews prior to moving forward with this law firm. Tom filed a lawsuit on behalf of my son for claims of birth injuries. Instead of redacting very personal mental health records in the public documents, Tom filed the information for the public to view. When I received the first set of interrogatories, I responded to the personal questions that the information would not be provided unless redacted from the public. A short time later, Tom calls to say he "spoke with an expert who really doesn't think we have a case". Unbelievable! So now we are left with very personal medical information made public for absolutely nothing!!!

Tom Robenalt is a caring, trustworthy attorney who will work hard to help his clients. He cares about his clients and will make sure they get ample compensation and care. I highly recommend Tom!

Tom and his staff represented me in a wrongful death suit for my late husband. He and his staff were the epitome of compassion and integrity. The case took 3.5 years to settle, and he was honest with me about the risks the entire time. He always had time to answer my questions and was extremely professional and knowledgable! I cannot recommend this firm enough!
