On 9/5/2022 I was a passenger in a car that another car collided with. I was pretty banged up on top of me having to still go to PT for a work related injury. I was referred to Michael Weisensel. I first spoke with him over the phone and found him extremely easy to talk with. We then met in person about a week later and found him to be even more comfortable to talk with as he explained things in more detail. He advised me if anyone calls or contacts me by mail to refer them to him. The amount of correspondences I received from various attorneys in the Cincinnati area was quite overwhelming. I spoke with him maybe 4-5 times after that. Fast forward. I was informed about six months later that he had settled my case in my behalf for an amount I truly wasn't expecting. Mr Weisensel is the person you really want to be in your corner when something happens to you that is completely out of your control. Truly a great man and a man of his word. But wait. Let's talk about Amy. The amount of professionalism and customer service I received out of this office was exceptional. They are on top of everything. My husband and I had several issues related to a tornado that came through our property. Ryan McGraw handled our issue with poor workmanship by a contractor that we hired. He was extremely professional and personable when talking with us. We were able to receive enough of our money back to fix the substandard workmanship done by the contractor. Would highly recommend this law firm to anyone.
