Extremely unprofessional...I was contacted by a partner of Joe lucus by email regarding money that was left over in my dad's estate that they wanted to help me "retrieve".. this started in September...I could barely get through to him or his partner to ask any questions...a month had gone by recieved barely any communication and I finally contacted the courts myself to find out that the judge had denied my case because of documentation they didn't recieve that had been submitted to his partner 2 weeks prior to his efile of the claim..they claimed that the court "lost" the document and it had to be re efiled which his partner claimed he did...waited 3 more weeks never recieved a call and finally found out that it was never refiled..she kept telling g me not to worry I was in good hands.. but as soon as they found out it wasn't worth them to deal with I hadn't recieved that call I was suppose get back at noon it's been a week now...she said he's got his own system and he's not a traditional attorney that's why the very little communication I had gotten sounded so confusing...if I could give this "team" negative stars I would especially on communication but I at least had to give one to leave a review

I strongly recommend u to run when it comes to this monster!!! He's not a man of his word and will give you the run around like no other! He will take your money and do whatever he wants, with that being said, find someone professional and trustworthy! Literally gave him over 7,000 dollars to put in a post conviction and he's done nothing but lie for almost 2 years!

I strongly suggest you run away at all costs. This attorney provides service but it is only on his terms. He'll agree to provide a service and than when it comes due, he will ask for more time. On top of his inability to hold himself accountable, he will also try and shame you for holding him accountable. The quality of his work is decent when he decides to get it to you but overall because he's ego driven and lacks the ability to be accountable I strongly recommend you go elsewhere.

I don't ever want you guys to think that I'm not a person of my word but I told Ryan that I was going to contact Mike dewine giving his position is kind of hard to get a hole. But he's a fellow Greene County you know neighbor so I just felt confident enough to just post all of it on his Facebook page but once again evil never wins and I'm very much protected just in case you want to send Harry anywhere in the vicinity of me the proper Authority is already know they've been doing for months

Poor communication - I asked Joe to write a note and mortgage, sent a couple emails with the info he needed and haven't heard back, that was about a month ago. Followed up with phone calls and left messages but no one ever answers or calls me back. It's too bad, I see him at the local REIA meetings and thought he would be
