I hired Attorney Kelly Saull in early August for a simple custody modification. I paid for a phone consultation and only spoke with her once -- at the very beginning. She guaranteed the paperwork would be done before my child started school. It is now the beginning of October and I still do not have the final paperwork. Since that first call, I have never been able to reach her directly. Every attempt goes through her staff, and she does not return calls. The one conversation I did have with her was rushed, as if she couldn't wait to hang up. After going back and reading all the negative reviews, I wish I had listened. My frustration is beyond words -- based on my experience, I personally do not believe she should even be allowed to practice law. Clients deserve better than missed deadlines, broken promises, and being completely ignored. If you need a lawyer who communicates, follows through, and keeps their word, I cannot recommend her.

I just finished a 19 month long divorce and I hired kelle on the recommendation of a co worker. She handled my case like a complete shark . Watching her defend my interests in the court room was magic and worth every penny. I've read negative reviews and all I can say about it is to pay your retainer and follow her professional advice. She'll get you through your case and opposing council will feel like they picked up a rattlesnake. 10/10 would hire again. Thanks kelle!

My wife and I were able to get a consultation pretty quick with Josh, back in October. He was great, and we wanted to hire him but we had to save up the money. Late January we called with the cash in our hand, but Josh had a full case load. So we were told we had to go with Kelle. First, without even meeting Kelle, they expected us to pay the retainer immediately over the phone. I found this very odd, and obviously refused. I said I'd rather pay another consultation fee if that needed to happen. Second, it has been IMPOSSIBLE to schedule a meeting with Kelle. Out of the 3 receptionists we talked to, only 1 managed to ever get ahold of Kelle. I'm not sure If they're just incompetent, don't care, of if that's the case for Kelle. Either way, a red flag, but we decided to keep at it. After endless calls to their office for THREE weeks from my wife, she finally got scheduled for today March 21st at 4:15. Now, some of the fault is our own with the scheduling, since we can only meet after 4. But I don't believe it should have taken 3 weeks of the run around to even get a confirmed date. Third, last Friday my wife calls to confirm our appointment for today March 21st. As we felt we needed to do with how the process has been so far. We were told yes, we're good to go. 11 am rolls around today, and we get a call that Kelle is just too busy. Has a big case coming up, and they aren't even able to schedule us until sometime after April 15th. LORD only knows when! To say we are frustrated with this office is a very big understatement. If you're just too busy, just say that. I would have rather found another lawyer 2 months ago, instead of waiting the 2 months months to get no where with this office before I continue my search. Now they expect us to wait another MONTH! This case is very important to us. The time we have wasted I feel is incredibly disrespectful. I'm not waiting another month for another cancelation. Very unprofessional. I guess I'll take my hard earned cash to the next one. That's three strikes for me!

Super interesting to read the negative reviews here, to try and work with this firm, and then come full circle and really understand why there are so many negative reviews. I called Saull Law Offices yesterday (Monday) morning, and asked if we could engage their services. The receptionist took my number and said a lawyer would call me back (somehow there were zero lawyers in the office in the first hour of their business day). Crickets. Today, I called again, three times, nobody answers the phone. I called the owner of the law firm, and asked, business owner to business owner, what her expectation was of her employees to respond to prospective clients. She paused, muttered and expletive, and said she was not interested in our business. That's her right. But when someone was as professional and polite as I was, and she has yet to hear anything about what type of business I'm looking to engage her firm for, refuses the business, it reeks of someone who is unstable, overwhelmed, or simply incompetent. Believe the negative reviews and don't even waste your time giving them a chance.

DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY! If I could give 0 stars and go back and never pay her and do it on my own I would. I came to a settlement with my children's father. I told her I no longer needed her and wanted to let her go and she refused and said "she wouldn't charge me anymore" to look over the papers. On our last court date she said I'll review your costs and issue you a refund. Come to find out the $4,000 retainer I paid was a "Flat Fee" and she now refuses to refund me any money, EVEN though she did next to nothing. She was NEVER available and NEVER returned calls or messages I had to call multiple times to even get a response. She showed up late EVERY SINGLE TIME. When I went to mediation she wasn't available like she promised to be and when I absolutely needed her during it she couldnt be reached. 2 court dates and a mediation. Second court date was to sign settlement and she didn't have to do anything at all. Last but not least if I would have stuck to firing her I would have been able to receive a full refund, sneaky and crooked. Bad reviews doesn't mean she won its means she is a trash lawyer. Save yourself PLEASE!
