I don't write reviews very often. But I had to post my thoughts on our experience with Cubbon & Associates. My family is from Michigan. When my daughter was involved in an accident in Toledo, we were pretty overwhelmed. I'm actually not sure how we stumbled upon Cubbon & Associates, but we did. From our first contact Stuart and Phil listened to us and made us feel like we weren't crazy. My daughter had an unusual injury and most firms I talked to didn't take her issue seriously. Phil took the time to understand and learn about my daughter's condition. They were able to get a maximum amount on her settlement. They did not add additional expenses to "pad" the bill. I always felt that they tried to minimize the costs to offer the best amount for my daughter. In fact, unfortunately my daughter was involved in another accident and Phil handled the second case and was able to negotiate a settlement that was more than I could have done myself.
