Spent hundreds of dollars, wasted all kinds of time, was fed all kinds of false hope to accomplish absolutely nothing!!! The situation was over a disagreement on cash rent. Karen told me I had 2 options, either option 1 (which cost a lot of money) or option 2 (the better/less expensive option) The time came and I wanted to go ahead with option 2, Gina mentioned this to Karen and magically that was no longer an option, Karen claimed the only option was option 1. Not only was I misled but even worse was given no explanation as to why option 2 was no longer available. Of course I was told if I wanted to meet with Karen again we could set up a meeting so they could collect even more of my money. To say I was disappointed is an understatement !! I'm thankful I had this experience with something on the smaller scale, and not something life altering! Take my experience as a lesson and go somewhere else.

Karen is the best! She helped me get out of issues with my divorce. Karen and Gina are a great TEAM!
