Terrible experience. Jeffrey Krueger is not responsive and does not answer email or texts. Complete waste of money for the one letter I had him write as he did nothing to follow up with me. Left several emails and many voicemails. He just doesn't care. I operate 4 retail stores in 3 states and if I treated my customers this way, I would be out of business. Actually, I'd fire myself. Jeff should do the same if he can't look after new clients.
