I had a former firm handling 2 of my BWC claims and no contact with them for some time. I called the old firm only to find that my previous attorney had retired 18 months prior. No one in that firm was willing to call me back after 4 more calls. I reached out the the Bainbridge firm and was amazed at the immediate response and understanding they gave me. My previous two claims were reevaluated and Mr Bainbridge found additional allowances that should have been added to both. The Bainbridge Firm is now representing me on all three claims. They've been fantastic in keeping me in the loop. The staff is very personable and easily answer my questions and address my concerns.

WARNING I filed with Bainbridge several weeks ago on a Worker's Comp. case. And received nearly no contact from them about what was happening. I set up an appointment with one of their lawyers it wassupposed to go over the case. During our conversation, I got the general feeling that she really didn't give a damn about me or my case. She wasn't really interested in explaining things. I was asking her what options were available and trying to understand fully my situation. In the middle of it, 20 minutes into the call after me asking several questions. The line was cut off. I thought this might be a mistake so I waited three minutes and she never called back. I called back and got a hold of Donna Dolan I believe. Who informed me I wasn't able to talk to the lawyer anymore. Because she was busy with other clients ( in other words, you're not important to us) Then when I said, "why didn't anybody call me back?" She literally told me "we assumed that if you want to talk, you'd call us back." Then asked if I wanted to set up another appointment with that lawyer. I felt so shocked. I told her no. I wasn't interested in having it conversation with that specific lawyer in the firm again. I told her I want to reevaluate if I'm going to stick with Bainbridge. Instead of trying to persuade me to stay, she said that "that was my personal choice to go." several days later, I received a letter in the mail that they dropped my case. Honestly, I'm thankful that they did it. I didn't even wanna call back. they're not interested in anything but the money I believe , they're not interested in your personal struggles or truly representing you. From what the lawyer I talk to conveyed, they treat all cases just like a fast food restaurant treats in An economy Meal order. I recommend you DO NOT go with Bainbridge firm I reviewed their other positive reviews which initially is why I wanted to go with them but upon further investigation I believe it's all in house and family members that are giving them these reviews . They don't appear to be real reviews I think. I literally had other lawyers calling me day in and day out about my case they want it badly. Bainbridge is just not good quality Do not hire Bainbridge as your lawyer (everything posted in this is my personal opinion from my personal experience Within the limits of my personal capacity of free speech)
