Nightmare. Bills for every nickel and dime. Too busy with his criminal cases. Will convince you takes payment plans and work with you but they don't take small payment plans. Terrible at following up. Have to ask more than once on multiple ways to include phone, voicemail to get answered. Takes weeks for response. His paralegal never knows what's going on or on same page. He says he has best interest but will not fight for what you want and takes the easy way out. Will bill you if you email question than call to follow up because haven't heard back in over a week. Said my ex would be held in contempt of court. Literally have the email from him to find out he never filed the paperwork for me! Many other forms of negligence. Seriously save your money and take it elsewhere.

We went to Mr. Borger for the adoption of our son. Not only did he treat us like our case was not important, but he also messed up the paperwork. I am not having to refile the Adoption certificate because he put the birth parents' information instead of ours. So, we cannot get the correct birth certificate. The only reason I am giving him 2 stars is because he finished the case even though it was not done correctly. We initially met with him in May, and he did not file the paperwork until August. Adoption is clearly not his forte. I do not recommend him for that. He may be great with other things. But definitely not adoption through foster care.

Mr. Borger assisted in a legal matter with my college student who lived out of state. I was able to use my insurance with MetLife legal plan. As you could guess given the fact that my son was over 18 and out of state added to the anxiety. Mr Borger was very transparent and took the time to get to know and make my son feel at ease. The end result was in our favor and I am very grateful for his assistance!

Mr. Tyrone Borger is by far the most caring attorney I have ever met and worked with. I trust his judgement and recommendations over any other attorney hands down! He absolutely does not only do his job for payment only and actually cares. You won't find that kind of representation any where else I can assure you that. And his assistant/paralegal Ciara is awesome as well. They are the best law firm i've ever encountered. If I could give 1,000 stars I would! Thank you guys for everything you do!

I have had the displeasure of being in a business relationship with this attorney. He is at best incompetent, slow, and needs to be shown the stick before you throw it. You have to double-check all of his work and YOU will have to contact him for follow up as he won't initiate contact. He claimed to impartially represent my mother's estate, but at every turn favored one party to the disadvantage of the second party. He may have followed the letter of the law, but he behaved disgracefully throughout the process. My advice to anyone who is considering an attorney is to avoid Tyrone Borger at all costs, and if you have to work with him: hire your own attorney to watchdog this disgraceful fool.
