Let me start by saying, Mr. Borger seems to be an extremely nice man. However, he seems to have little to no interest in his job/clients. I hired him for a camera speed violation and he basically just suggested I pay it. When I insisted, he made it sound like all he was gonna do is show up to the court date and just sit there and let them give me the fine without really even defending me. Case updates are also practically nonexistent. They are not proactive about providing them. It's put on YOU, the client to chase them to get updates about your case. They are extremely nice but extremely unorganized and don't seem to take a vested interest in their clients or their cases. I ended up just paying the moving violation. And because my attorney (Tyrone) didn't bother to file in a timely manner, I had to pay $113.30 instead of the original $85.00. So, thanks for that.....

I'd like to start by saying that I rarely leave bad reviews because I never know what's going on in people's lives, and people do make mistakes. That being said, I'll be leaving a bad review for Tyrone Borger. I've hired Mr. Borger for 2 separate issues. The first was pretty straight forward but it did seem to take him a while to get back to me and it took almost to the deadline to get the paperwork done. But it got udone, and I was happy about the job done. Also, his law firm accepts MetLife Legal which is nice. The 2nd issue I hired him for was way more complex, extremely emotional for me and my family, and way more expensive. I thought the fee was reasonable, so I went forward with it. The outcome of one of the cases was not surprising, and he did get the best outcome. Unfortunately though, he misinterpreted something the judge said and it left us in a pretty precarious and expensive situation. He also lied about filing paperwork with court (we asked him several times and when I called the court to check, they said he never filed). The other portion of the case was by far worse. He failed to be my legal eyes and ears and we missed an important financial hearing. I know that it's ultimately my responsibility, but I was so overwhelmed at the time that it was not on my radar (I also NEVER missed any other court date, and would not have missed this one had I known about it). This potentially cost us thousands of dollars. Our wages were garnished for a year, tax returns were taken, and when I brought all this up to him, he ghosted me. No phone calls, no texts, no emails. He never spoke to me again. If he had required more money from me to help with a case he already agreed to (there was no contract on what exactly he would do for the fee we paid, and so if he needed more it wasn't in writing anywhere) he never expressed that. Just completely cutoff with tons of questions and issues unresolved. We were not difficult clients. We are put together, intelligent, responsible people. And also reasonable. It was so unprofessional to just quit returning my attempts at contact. Not to mention the lying, the unfiled paperwork, and missed hearing. While I think that Mr. Borger does care about people and what he does, I think maybe he should stick to one or 2 areas of law. Maybe he's just in over his head or something. Either way, I spent a lot of money and felt like I ended up paying more from the outcome than I saved.

Mr.Tyrone Borger represented me for aggravated vehicular assault and possession in Miami and Montgomery County,Ohio.He and his staff are great.They answer the phone and Mr Borger responds personally.He charged me a fee for the first case and then voluntarily,for free, represented me on another.He even dealt with the civil matter involving this case.He took the time to understand my situation and attained what I wanted.Thankyou , Borger and Brandenburg.
