As a nurse for over 13 years, I can say this 100% the place to go. Their professionalism, knowledge, and care is unmatched! After an injury that made me unable to walk for 3 months on my right leg, they were able to get me back to a level that will let me still live a life without tons of restriction and pain. I was told I'd have limited mobility, forever awful pain, and unable to do lots of physical activities by a lot of other people who had the same injury. Shannon and her team not only got my mobility back, my pain tolerable, and my physical abilities back, they gave me the tools and knowledge I need to keep improving now that I'm done with my visits there. They 100% knew when to push, when to back off, and what to watch for in the healing process. I cannot thank them enough!!

Shannon, Lisa, and everyone else at the Springboro facility were amazing at assisting me to get out of the constant pain I have hade for 20+ years. I thought surgery was the only answer but after a couple of months 3 times per week I am able to live with such a great quality of life now that the problem is fixed. Went to Drayer in the Fall of 2023. I was pleased with the level of care I received from the Therapists and assistants. It's now June of 2025 and I'm being billed for 4 visits in October of 2023. It was processed through my insurance properly and since I had not met the deductible, the amount is entirely mine to pay. But getting a bill after a year and a half after the service. Seriously? Makes me reassess the professionalism of a company that is so far behind in billing the patient.

Shannon is brilliant! Every exercise explained so well and her manual techniques are spot on! Super friendly staff!

I have received treatment 3 times from this therapy center. Wonderful staff. Dr. Shannon is knowledgeable and accommodating. I love these folks!
