I contacted this firm for some very basic estate planning. After our initial meeting the attorney (Tyrone Borger) was late with the introductory questionnaire and then kept delaying crafting the documents. Finally, after I inquired, he told me they would be ready in a couple of days. I waited a week after his projected completion date and emailed him again. From that point forward he completely ghosted me. I had been referred to the firm through a legal plan and I reached out to the plan to see if they could help. The plan's client services contacted the attorney and he told them he would call me that day. I never received a call from him and sent an additional courtesy email a couple of days later, to which he never responded. So if you are looking for compulsory lying, non-completion of services, and total abandonment, this it the firm for you. I could not even begin to imagine using this firm for anything critical or time-sensitive.

I was represented by Miss Cynthia Brandenburg and she was GREAT! She was always available when I needed her, and got back with me right away. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
