I understand people has debt and that's why they have collectors. However ours was a honest mistake an was paid. I didn't know to sent it into Rita. Karen sent paper to a 12 yr old address. I explained that address was incorrect. Tried to tell me I worked at Walmart lol never have when I asked where she got her info she said that her business, well your wrong. They still did a garnishment while I was in the process of handlining it with Rita, Sad. Karen talks to you like you are less than them. Raises her voice then when you do it back she ends the call on you. That's just rude and very inconsiderate Just no understanding at all. She is by far the nastiest attitude person to deal with. Crazy thing is I talked with and arranged Rita to pay the debt on Monday on Tuesday they went to court without us even knowing when its paid. tried to get a judgement for 3200 when they was done it was almost 4300 in less than 3 month. I ended up only owing 2k half of that was Riemer fees smdh just sad

Just got a email from this company talking about taking me to court and taking money. I haven't heard anything from these people and apparently they been to court a few times without me knowing. A walmart account was opened under my name and now I owe a nice amount. I tried calling the firm and when I got ahold of my collector/lawyer she went straight to attack mode. Not wanting to work with me at all and acting like it was her money I owed. Right from the start attitude. I deal with enough stress and I know everyone does but there is no reason be completely rude when you get on the phone. I dont know what is wrong with people these days .

Absolutely the most inhumane people I've ever talked to! Very unprofessional! They stole money out of my savings account with no explanation other than they were collecting a debt! I had no idea what the debt was! They told me I received a piece of paper that explained everything and that's a lie! I'm a single mother of 2, it's Christmas and they took everything I had saved up for my children!

They were collecting for a foreclosure and I was going to be late on my last day and the lawyer waited for me and still accepted my payment. very kind and understanding.

I asked for this law firm to resend a fax for a second time to an agency where I needed a release of garnishment and I was told, no. I explained and even apologized for the request needing resent but also told the lady it was needed for underwriting as I was trying to purchase a home. I was still dismissed and I even sent another 10 emails to other staff members and was ignored by all. I'm down to having one day left before the purchase contract is pulled and all I asked for was a resubmission of a faxed paid in full letter. I definitely feel discriminated against. I understand they all have jobs to do but to be ignored and have to deal with people of this nature is disheartening. I will also send a complaint to the BBB, although they are not accredited.
