Awful. She treated my cousin so terribly after her mother died. My cousin stopped by just to see what was the next step after my aunt died. No one was in the waiting area to help my cousin but there was a sign up to wait..which she did for a 1/2 hour but needed to move on with her day. My cousin emailed Ms. Williams that day telling her she had stopped by (since she just came from the funeral home around the corner) and asked if she could make an appointment. Ms. Williams emailed her 3 times belittling her. She came out and said her office is a Convenient Store and she just can't show up an expect an appointment. My cousin knew that and just wanted to make an appointment and to know what to do next. So 3 horrible emails were sent by Ms. Williams and at the end told my cousin she didn't want to deal with her. If my aunt knew how terrible Ms. Williams was going to be to her daughter she would've never have gone to her. Not smart Ms. Williams..my aunt was a huge presence at the Solon Senior Center. They have been notified of what happened and have the emails. Seems you just want elderly people to plan their estates with you and send them an enormous bill. You have no intention of helping their families when they are gone. You may as well have just kicked my cousin in the gut...she is already going through one of the worst times of her life...
