My experience with this firm was very troubling. The opposing party proposed a settlement, and my attorney told me it was a good option while assuring me I would be completely safe and that the other party 'couldn't do anything afterward. He never explained that the settlement would give them full control or severely affect my ability to see my son. He had over 50 pages of evidence and multiple police reports, and even told me that if he were in my situation, he would be in jail because of everything the other party was doing. Despite that, he still recommended accepting the settlement. I was also given contradictory information: on the phone I was told the other party was in contempt, but in office I was told none of the previous orders mattered. These inconsistencies and the lack of clear explanation left me feeling misled during an extremely important decision.
