Worst court appointed attorney. Will be reporting her to the bar association for her lack of representation. Will report more details as I'm still going through my case. To think that tax payers dollars are paying her to defend innocent people until they are proven guilty, and the lack of representation and accountability as a court appointed or hired attorney is unacceptable. I'm a tax paying citizen that has a problem with this, and I can assure you that I WILL make sure something is done about this! The corruption needs to stop. She wanted me to take a plea bargain for a crime that I didn't commit. She never called me, never reached out, after calling her several times and going on to her office. Her assistant called me 2 times, the day of court (today being one) to let me know my pre- trial was canceled. Unacceptable. I live in Texas, flew back Monday for this. Unbelievable.

Attorney Berki has been representing me in my divorce and custody case for almost 2 years now. I highly recommend Attorney Berki and her team! They have been responsive and proactive with all my questions and concerns. I have certainly been thankful to have her and her team on my side during this process.

Jennifer Berki is a horrible lawyer and I absolutely do not recommend her. I hired her to represent me in my custody case, she did a terrible job every step of the way. All she did was bill me all the time and literally accomplished NOTHING in about a years time. I fired her and hired a great lawyer out of Rocky River. He billed me at a higher hourly rate, but much less overall considering the time he spent on my case. Jennifer Berki said I had a very tough case and little likelihood of even receiving regular visitation. Now I have my child 50% of the time or more. STAY AWAY FROM BERKI! You can thank me later. Also, she'll have her terrible assistant do the work and bill you as if she did it. assistant is rude as can be.

This firm was awesome. I was return impressed because of the quick return calls, consistent follow-up through out the business relationship, and mostly the overall concern that was shown by Attorney Albenze while we were working together. I always felt comfortable in the office because of the consistent warm greetings during my visits from the office staff and the professional atmosphere that was always provided by the team. I would recommend Berki and Albenze to anyone who is seeking great representation and a caring attorney to help you through one of life's uncomfortable situations.

They say they're experts in plea negotiation, but when Jennifer was a public defender, she couldn't negotiate down convictions for an addict with no prior record and basically forced me to plead out; resulting in a record that can never be expunged. Keep in mind, her client wasn't a career criminal, he was an addict. Berki was more concerned with placating her connections and network within the prosecutor's office and with the judges more than she was with doing her job and helping to keep a record reasonable so her client could eventually expunge it and find gainful work . Ten years later and I'm still suffering for her incompetence. Do NOT hire this firm if she's the one in charge. She takes no care or pride in her work, and I doubt that changes if you're a paying customer.
