She listened, took notes, and reassured me. Within hours of my first phone call, they were at work on my case and I had my first resolution. Attorney Tyler Lantzsch advised me to accept the plea that the prosecutor had outlined. Actually, it was not in my best interest to accept this plea despite the "evidence". The prosecutor was not interested in hearing my side or anything about me. It seems that all parties (with the exception of me, the defendant) were only interested in closing this case and moving on to the next. After my final court date, Tyler Lantzsch was to contact me prior to me going to jail (yes, me a female senior citizen with no record, model citizen all her life, is going to jail for a non-violent misdemeanor crime). I have texted and called three times leaving messages and no one from this lawfirm has contacted me. I could have achieved the same outcome had I obtained a court-appointed attorney. I can say that the support personnel (paralegals, et al) and office personnel are friendly and personable. The office building is pristeen from the outside to the inside which offers a calm reassuring ambience. Recommendation: do not engage this law firm for any legal matters. They have all the marks for what constitutes bad legal advice, etc.
