I would highly recommend Nick Sidoti for any legal services that you might need. He answered my questions without being condescending and took the time to explain everything to me. Sally was very compassionate and warm and very organized. She had all my paperwork clipped together in envelopes and explained where everything was so I didn't have to worry about anything. My son and I were very happy that this office was recommended to us and we would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I lost my younger brother in November 2023, I tried to handle probate by myself. I made a mess of it. I was guided to Smith & Sidoti, LLC, Attorney at Law. From the very beginning I dealt mostly with Sally, the legal assistant. I can't say enough about her kindness and consideration in helping me to straighten out the mess that I had unintentionally made. Obviously we couldn't have done anything without the attorneys, but it was Sally that kept me sane through out this process. For such a difficult thing to go through, Sally surely made it feel like I was her most important client. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Very unprofessional and racist representative. When I called, she didn't understand me. Seemed like she was deaf or something. She told me to repeat my sentences 2 times. She also said I have an accent, so it was hard to understand me. I have been in this country for 30 years and I can speak fluent English. Very rude. Maybe she should get her ears checked. I do not recommend this law firm.

excellent lawyer and wise, have given great advice as well as service for years now. I recommend him to all who wish a good practice to stand behind them as well as courteous staff who are always pleasant and kind natured plus love the lighthouse outside his office !!

Not an advocate home town boy wastes time. Save your money represent yourself.
