We don't recommend him for anyone not I'm Sandusky area. We are from Ashtabula county but our adoption was in Erie county so we went with an attorney there. We never met Mr Kelsey till the day of court and there were so many miscommunications I felt like they didn't even listen to us. Our paper work for the final decree was never sent so I had to request it in December 2018. The adoption was in February 2018. Then after talking to the probate court we found out the paperwork still hasn't been filed to correctly spell our sons name. And the office paperwork we got also had the wrong birthday for 2 of our children. The county may have paid them for the work they did, but they didn't do their job correctly.
